How To Clean Spray Dryer? 10L High-speed Centrifuging Spray dryer
This spray dryer is mainly used to make liquid material directly into micro powder, you don’t need to do material filtration, concentration and smash before drying,very convenient and make your drying process high efficient.

How to clean spray drying machine?
1. Drying cleaning — using brushesã€broomsã€vacuum cleaners cleaning.
2. Wet cleaning — using 60~80℃ hot water to clean.
3. Chemical cleaning — using alkaliã€acid and all kinds of detergent to clean.
4. Alkali wash, the sodium hydroxide (NaOH) with a 0.5 – 1% concentration of solution, heating to 60-80 ℃ washing, and then clean with clear water.
5. Acid wash: nitric acid (HNO3) at 1-2% concentration of solution, heating temperature does not exceed 65 ℃ for washing, and then clean with clear water.
Please pay attention when you clean the spray dryer:
1. After wet or chemical cleaning,should put the machine and all parts to high temp disinfection,time is 15~30min.2. Please note not use chlorine or its’ object to clean.3. Air filter cleaning should according to the environment conditions, namely the dust content in air, general content clean one time per 3-6 weeks, low dust content clean one time per 6-8 weeks.4. The stainless steel filament, after washing with the alkaline cleaning method, still should be uniform to laying within the frame of air filter, and spray to lightweight spindle oil or vacuum pump oil. -
