Three layer glass reactor compared with jacketed glass reactor, it has outermost layer to keep vacuum airtight state. More effective to protect temperature,so as to save reaction time and finally make your research more effective.

Working principle for three layer glass reactor:
1. Low temperature device is available, low temperature could reach -80℃, satisfy your special research requirements of low temperature -80℃,custom jacketed lab reactors systems.

2. High temperature 300℃, you could equip oil bath or electric jacket heating mantle.

3. UC series closed heater is available, small heat loss,rapid heating effect,good heat preservation effect.

4. Vacuum, you could equip vacuum pump and vacuum controller to set and control the vacuum degree accurately.

5. Inner layer,interlayer,outer layer,three layers design. Three layer glass reactor’s outer layer could keep vacuum airtight state,used as heat preservation layer.So small temperature loss could make your research samples do reaction under steady heating or cooling environment.

6. Stirring seal plug adopts”mechanical seal,dynamic ring and static ring buckle principle”, which has good sealing property, protect stirring paddle without abrasion,no leakage phenomenon.So as to ensure your research whole process in sealed state,promise no leakage so that make your experiment keep high precision and small error.

7. Whole stainless steel column frame structure,stainless steel thickness≥1.5mm. Strong bearing force,long service life, keep instrument operating in steady state.
