  •   Molecularly distilled monoglycerides
    are a mixture of glycerol monostearate and glycerol. Molecularly distilled monoglycerides are white waxy flakes, beads, or powder solids that are insoluble in water and can be dispersed in hot water when mixed with strong shaking. It is one of the few food additives identified by the FDA and the FAO and WHO as not being restricted for use and is currently the world’s most consumed edible emulsifier.
