1. G type screw pump is a kind inner engaged gear type hermetic screw pump, belong to rotor type positive displacement pump, as this pump has strong adaptation capacity for medium, smooth flow, suction behaviour is well, pressure fluctuation is small.
2. Besides can transport all kinds of fluid medium, also transport high viscosity medium, medium containing stereoplasm suspended particles or solid particles, the medium containing fiber, adjustment performance is well, wide range, high efficient.
3. So screw pump is widely used in environment protection, shipping, petroleum, medicine, consumer goods, food, brew, building, mining, chemical, printing, papermaking, power plant, boiler,etc.

Helical rotor pump is a kind of inner engaged gear rotary displacement pump, main working parts contains eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator), as the special geometrical shape of rotor and stator, respectively to form a number of separate sealed vessel, the operating of rotor let the medium in each sealed vessel, continuously, uniform speed,volume not change, transport from suction end to extrusion end. As these features, helical rotor pump is specially suitable working in the below fields:
1. Transport high viscosity medium.
2. Transport the medium contains solid particles or fiber.
3. Requirement successive, pressure stable, will not occur cyclical pressure fluctuations.
4. Require agitation is small, does not destroy the inherent structure of medium which to be delivered.
5. Low noise.

Helical rotor pump is a kind of commonly used pump,according to your request, its flux could be adjusted by changing speed, operating speed could be rapid, also could be slow. Outlet pressure can be increased with the increase of the pump level, increase one level of pump, the pressure increase 0.6MPa, it’s widely used in the below fields:
1.Environment protection: industrial sewage, sanitary sewage, the sludge and muddy water which contains solid particles and short fiber, specially suitable for oil & water separator, plate-and-frame filter press equipment, etc.
2. Shipping industry: return pulley cleaning, oil-water, oil residue, oily water,etc, these medium transport.
3. Petroleum industry: transporting crude oil, the mixture of crude oil and water, the mixture of coal field gas and water, pour polymer into stratum,etc. Finally, reduce the cost of mechanical oil production and coal field gas, increase the recovery efficiency of hydraulic fluid port.
4. Medicine and daily-use chemicals industry: various viscous slurry, emulsion, ointment and cosmetic, etc.
5. Food and canning industry: various thick starch, cooking oil, honey, syrup, confiture, butter, fish & meat and their leftovers transport.
6. Brewing industry: various fermentation thick slurry, thick distillers’ solubles, food products slag, all kinds of sauce and thick liquid, mucus contains massive solids.
7. Building industry: cement mortar, lime slurry, coating and others viscous fluid spray coating & transport.
8. Mining industry: transport the groundwater (which contains solid particles) and slurry water in mine, to the ground.
