In order to meet the confined production process, filter washing and drying reactor, three-in-one filter has been developed. This production system can realize half automatic or complete automatic operation control.

1. Crystallization liquid filtration, washing, drying process.2. Include: feeding, beating, filtering, washing, drying, discharging, on-line inspection (optional), etc, key steps to prepare for the cleanroom of next mixing process.3. This Nutsche Filter Dryer has CIP, SIP functions. -
Nutsche Filter Cleaner Dryer main features:
1. Nutsche Filter Cleaner Dryer should be installed in standard workshop which can meet GMP totally.2.Should filter or separate solid liquid material under vacuum condition or pressure condition.3. The slurry is should be washed during stirring.4. Can be flattened filter material to avoid the effects of filtration equipment, washing effect of the gap and ditch phenomenon.5. Use same or different washing liquid to clean material.6. Flatten the material to reduce moisture.7. Heat the jacket, bottom, blade by heating medium under vacuum condition to dry material.8. Can in situ cleaning (CIP) and in situ sterilization (SIP).9. Can achieve in situ sampling.10. Matched with one set detachable filter chassis tank components.11. Install vertical single layer two blade S shape stirrer.12. One pc manual discharge valve/ sampling valve.13. Filter area: 0.07 M2.14. Ftirrer can be lift with height 100 mm. -
