This process results in the formation of granular solids almost instantly. The main benefits of spray drying include its ability to dry heat-sensitive liquids, suspensions, and viscous liquids. It is commonly used in various applications such as drying milk powder, coffee powder, fuel, compounds, soap powder, and inorganic salts, among others.
