2. Freeze-dried function steps include: loading, pre-freeze (complete in quick frozen library), evacuation, sublimation drying, desorption drying, pre-deflated, tamponade and finally deflated and unloading, etc process steps.
3. Main structure: the front box, cold trap (generally together with the box body, can also be used separately), refrigeration system, HTM circulation system, vacuum system, control system, etc.
4. Frame: freeze-drying box body is made of stainless steel saddle support, equipment frame is made of high quality steel production and processing of stoving varnish.
5. Use the high performance compressor, refrigeration capacity is strong, low temperature, performance is stable and reliable.
6. Pipe: stainless steel pipe use high quality AISI 304 stainless steel pipe fittings or brass pipe, cold & heat pipe through heat preservation processing, vacuum lpipe use electric polishing processing.
