How to clean spray dryer powder making machine?
Step 1: After spraying the material, spray 200-500 ml of water to flush the material tube and the atomizing plate.
Step 2: Turn off the peristaltic pump, atomizer, and heat. Do not turn off the fan, keep blowing, and turn it off when it reaches room temperature. Then, the material is taken off and turn off.
Step 3: After the material is taken off and dryer turn off, open the sight glass door, clean the pipeline, remove the pipeline, and clean the inner wall.
Step 4: After cleaning the inner wall, close the sight glass door and connect the pipes. Turn on the fan and heat it up to dry the pipes and cabinet. (Please don’t turn on the peristaltic pump and atomizer).
Note: If you see there has material in the atomizing disc, you can remove the it for cleaning.
