Oil free vacuum pump, how to install mini vacuum pump?
1. Reference picture: each part name and connection diagram
–Note 1: before installation, in the press of the cork into the bottle part flange, smear with a small amount of distilled water, is conducive to pressure the cork and enhance its sealing.
–Note 2: air filter on the green side connector is used for air inlet, and connect with the outlet of liquid bottle.
2. Insert the power cord to the vacuum pump right side socket, power on, and the machine begin working.
–Note: when insert the vacuum plug the power cord, must be tight.
3. Check the pipe:
–Clockwise screw the pressure regulating valve, use a finger or rubber tip dropper to block the inspiratory mouth, or folding and hold attract soft tube.–Open the vacuum pump switch, machine working, vacuum gauge pointer will rise rapidly to the limit negative pressure value. Let go of suction inlet, table pointer will be back under 10 kpa. Conform the above situation means the pipeline connection correct.4. Adjust the negative pressure:
–Plug the suction inlet, open the vacuum pump switch, adjust the negative pressure valve, vacuum gauge readings should be in 20 kpa – limit negative pressure value, change within this range. During actually operation, with negative pressure regulator to control suction, meet the need of negative pressure value.
5. Inspection & test overflow device:
–Open the bottle cork, clean the valve seat & valve mouth, press the cylindrical float upwards, the cone of float and the cone of rubber parts will close to the seal. Float in the float plane should be mobile and flexible,unimpeded.
–Portable bottle stopper, make the float vertical contact with the surface of the water, slowly down cap and the float should be able to float in the float plane.
–Tightly capped bottle stopper, at the suction inlet connected to attract soft catheter, tighten the regulator, start the attractor.
–Put attract soft catheter into a clean bucket, or simulation of normal use, the liquid suction inside in the bottle with the overflow device. Liquid level rise will drive the float upward, till shut the valve port, attract automatically stop. The liquid level height will end up as attract change with the different way.
–Unscrew the regulator, close vacuum pump switch, open the cork, empty liquid bottle. When to tightly capped bottle stopper, float should be in the bottom of float plane, valve port is open.
–Conform to the above circumstance, the overflow device works well, can be used for pumping the liquid.
6.After the installation or use, should first turn off the switch on the vacuum pump, unplug the power plug from the socket, cut off power supply.
