Heating mantles
is usually used in chemistry and biology laboratory for heating and stirring operation,you could choose heating mantle with magnetic stirring or thermostat heating mantle based on your actual needs, besides could use with hydrothermal synthesis reactor together, you also could use it to heating liquid separately. -
How to operate laboratory heating mantle:
1. Connect 220V power source, turn on power source switch. Interface will display “K”, settings window will display “400”, K type thermocouple is equipped with this heating mantle, max controlled temperature is 400℃. After 3s, dispaly window will display RT temp, settings window will display the temperature which is setted by you at last time.
2. Single key operating, you could quickly set heating temperature which you need by ▲ or ▼ key. Green lamp light means starting heating, if it off means stop heating, computer will decide heating capacity according to the temperature difference between you set temp and RT temp, guarantee no temp rush and heating to the temperature which you need at one-time, make sure ±1℃ temperature difference between you set value and display value, heat dissipation and heat supply are balance, so as to make heating process finish simply and accurately.

3.Disconnection protection system of heating mantle, if thermocouple not connect well, when dispaly window display “1” or “hhhh”, green lamp off, stop heating, please power off and check before working again.
4.Self-adjusting function, even liquid at different zone, different heating power or different liquid capacity, self-adjusting function could make heating time most short, most small temp. rush, excellent balance. But if heating medium or heating conditions change, please reset the value again.
5.Turn on self-adaptive function, please press “＞” key about 5S, settings window numbers flicker, means come into self-adaptive state, flicker will stop after three times temperature rush, which means finish self-adaptive and could work normally.
