How to use 50L spray drying machine properly?
Step 1 – spray dryer operation:
1.Firstly, please check all pipes are in good connection, wire connected to 380V, 380V wiring requirements.
2.Induced draft fan outlet if it is the air exhaust, then the wiring is correct.
3.If the air outlet is the induced draft, please change the wiring.
4.Then on the centrifugal spray nozzle has two cooling water pipes, please connect with the cooling water (used for the centrifugal nozzle cooling).
5.After finish connect the peristaltic pump, the peristaltic pump’s sample introduction tube and centrifugal nozzle, then could power on.
6.After power on, please firstly open the draught fan, then open the heating, wait the heating temperature reaches your set temperature.
7.Open the atomizer (centrifugal nozzle), then open peristaltic pump (sample introduction).
8.Then could start the sample drying process, can set temperature according to customer requirements.
Step 2 – spray dryer operation:
1.After finish the sample drying process, firstly please close the peristaltic pump, then close the atomizer (centrifugal nozzle), then close the heating, after waiting the temperature cooled to 50 degrees, then could close the draught fan.2.After spray drying process finished, please use purified water to clean the material feeding pipe, clean the atomizing disc, when next time using, please start the atomizing disc firstly to check whether it’s rotating, in order to prevent the sample stuck atomization, prevent the atomizer motor burned. -
