TOPTION IBC Tote Mixer, mounted with robust U- -channel, is suitable for use with square barrel or round barrel of 1-1. 5t. In order to use easy handing, we have design a set of robust universal wheel (2 fixed wheels and 2 moveable ones). And also provide a brake to the wheel for securing the unit.  Use a cylinder for lifting control.  In order to ensure that the agitator frame is fixed during operation we designed movement up and down is properly controlled with guide rod. And also employ the retractable stainless steel blades to perrmit movement through the hole on 1t barrel agitator.

Two control valves are optional to enable agitation and lifting at the same time (auto-matic lifting across the whole length during agitation).thus improving agitation efficiency and enabling homogeneous mixing. Meanwhile, the stirring paddle will automatically stop running when leaving the barrel, thus guaranteeing operation at safety, preventing splash due to continued running of stirring paddle following depar-ture from the barrel and therefore achieving environmental protection.
